The GSA
Language Schedule:
Federal Supply Schedule 738II, Language Services,
provides contract support for translation, interpretation,
and language training and/or educational materials. The
GSA Language Schedule enables federal agencies to improve
their mission capabilities by enhancing communication necessary
to conduct business in a global environment.

A Federal Supply Schedule, also known
as a Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), is a listing of contractors
that have been awarded a contract by GSA that can be used
by all federal agencies.

GSA awards competitive contracts to those
companies who give the same or better discounts than their
best commercial customers after it determines the prices
to be fair and reasonable. The Federal Supply Schedule
program mirrors commercial buying practices more than
any other procurement process in the federal government.

Magnum
Group and the war on terror – A client's success
story
On May 7, 2003, one of our clients made history by
proving that a link existed between Iraq and Osama
bin Laden's terror network in the September 11, 2001
attacks. In the process of obtaining this evidence
and presenting it to a Federal Judge, the attorneys
of The Beasley Firm were the first to prove that Iraq
provided "material support or resources"
and conspired with bin Laden's al Qaeda terror network.
They paved the way for all 9-11 victims to seek justice
from those responsible for the worst terrorist attack
in history.
Magnum Group provided linguistic support, translation
and multilingual DTP services in Arabic, Pashtu, Farsi,
and Dari.
